Comments
Comments: Old Mountain Road has frozen solid, so the mud pits are currently not an issue (but could be when temperatures rise later this week). Microspikes would suffice for the hardpack and blue ice bulges. Less than an inch of powder on top from yesterday.

That said, Crawford Ridgepole is seeing heavy wind this morning. I was glad to have my snowshoes, as my tracks were drifting over in a matter of minutes.

Squam is iced over.
