Comments
Comments: Trails are packed out nicely below treeline, switched to snowshoes at gem pool and left them on until finishing but Crawford Path to Pierce is fine with light traction. Would highly recommend wearing snowshoes above treeline because of drifting.

We lucked out and caught some great views as we ascended Mount Monroe, from then on out we hiked in very thick clouds and low visibility. With light winds and steady temps it made for a fun hike navigating between Monroe and Eisenhower.

With the abundance of snow, this has been one of the best December's for hiking that I can remember!
