 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Highland Center was loaded with cars when I got there, and train station isn't plowed. Plenty of room along side of road. Maybe six cars down at the Jackson lot. |

 | Surface Conditions: |
Snow/Ice - Monorail (Stable) |
|
 | Recommended Equipment: |
Snowshoes, Light Traction |
|
 | Water Crossing Notes: |
Frozen over and easy |
|
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
I made AMC aware. There's one duck under widowmaker that's kind of defying gravity. At the snap off point, its rolled off the stump and is hanging upon a narrow strip of barked wood. |

The trail conditions are IDEAL. Most folks in spikes, or bare boot. I briefly tried spikes, then decided I'd rather wear my snowshoes than carry them.
Weather conditions were IDEAL. Best piece of advice I got years ago was to watch the Mt. Washington weather report like a hawk, and pick your days. This was one of them. First time on this peak. Highly recommend! Absolutely gorgeous!!
