Fortunately for us, Gorge Brook trail had an amazing track from yesterday's hikers THANK YOU. We wore our snow shoes from start to finish. Descending Glen Cliff was also broken out ( THANK YOU FARMALL ) but still unconsolidated with a few hikers in spikes ,some deeper holes were made, but most hikers wore snow shoes so they may have got filled in . Cannot begin to describe the magnificent undercast we witnessed and the warm temps, blue sky, sun , rime and puffy snow. Everyone we saw was so Happy ! Great to run into Mary and Brian Bond ,super bushwhack hikers.Thank you RS for a Great Day out !!! |
