Mostly dry trails here, the snow is pretty much gone, only a few patches remain. Jeff's Hill Loop curiously doesn't go over Jeff's Hill, but Channell Loop does, where there is a memorial bench at the summit. The high point appears to be several yards behind the bench.
From there, I walked north along Sweet Trail to the Durham / Newmarket town line (unmarked), doubled back and continued south on Sweet Trail. Some significant mud pits along this stretch which passes a large beaver pond. |
