Used snowshoes all day. Some postholes up to the ski slope outlook. Everything drifted in from there to summit. Broke out (deep in places), and naturally ran into a barebooter on way down. Later ran into another pair. One of them using snowshoes so I asked her to come down after her friend. On the summit a red squirrel was a pest. He would have went right into my pack. Great first snowshoe trip after my accident. |
