Parking/Access Road Notes: Parallel parked at Ferncroft which was chalked full of cars at 11:30.

Surface Conditions: Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth, Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Snow - Unpacked Powder

Recommended Equipment: Snowshoes, Light Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All were crossed on bridges :)  
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A blowdown or two that lied flat on the ground and were easy to step over even in snowshoes. Both trails were well blazed in blue and easy to follow :)  
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: I’m sure they could handle it. Snow depth wasn’t more than a few inches generally.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found: There was a red jacket hanging on a small tree to the side of trail along the beginning of Gordon Path.  
 
Comments
Comments: We used snowshoes but you could’ve gotten away without; snow depth wasn’t more than 4 inches at most probably. Often more like just 1-2 inches. Given that there were 3 of us, there’s no need for snowshoes on the Gordon Path or the part of the Brook Path we did. Barebooted or microspikes would probably do fine. Only made it about 3/4 of a mile through the Brook Trail before we turned back. There were three of
