| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
We parked at the trailhead, behind the gate on a grassy bumpout, as there was only a couple of inches of crusty snow to drive through. But on the way out, we noted the gate was obscuring a sign that said not to park there. During the winter, it will be tricky to park along Faxen Hill Road without digging out a parking space. |

| Comments: |
Oak Hill is along the MSG. From Washington, we drove down Faxen Hill Road about 1.7 mi. to a point where the trail emerges / joins the road for a bit, about due west of the summit. We followed the MSG, well marked and blazed to the summit. Beautiful views from the top.
Nice day out getting four NH500 peaks with Nate, Bruce, Ann, Roger, Bill & Di. |
