| Comments: |
Since our group of three got a later start all trails were broken out. However, to help pack down the trails we wore snowshoes the entire day. The Fishin’ Jimmy trail had a couple of challenging places that required going off trail to climb a small cliff or very steep hill. Although broken out snowshoes helped since several trail sections were unstable. Since the total snow depth was about 12 inches or less, we ran into rocks and stumps along the trail. No views at the summit – most of the day had a heavy overcast. |
