	Date of Hike:	Sunday, November 18, 2018

	Parking/Access Road Notes:	Plenty at the Flume Gorge parking area.

	Surface Conditions:	Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth, Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Snow/Ice - Frozen Granular

	Recommended Equipment:	Light Traction

	Water Crossing Notes:	None are frozen but they are a non-issue

	Trail Maintenance Notes:	Nothing of note here.

	Dog-Related Notes:	Easy peasey for dogs that are cold weather savvy. Make sure you know your dog trail etiquette.

	Bugs:	None

	Lost and Found:	One black solve after the 3rd underpass.


	Comments:	What a super easy and fun hike to a beautiful summit. 1.5 miles makes for a good morning with plenty of time to do other things after. Never really feels like you are ascending as it seems gradual. enjoyed the very large ledge and the views today immensely. Trail is already packed down but it is thin in some places. I was fine in Spikes only.
