Date of Hike: Saturday, November 17, 2018
Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: there isn't any road side parking on Buffalo Rd. There is a small lot for maybe 3 cars right at the trailhead. about .1 or .2m before the trailhead there is a new large lot that I believe was constructed by a local rock climbing group where you could park and road walk to the trailhead or bushwhack thru the woods. Neither the large or small lot was plowed.

Comments
Comments: we had so much fun and success with last weekend's triple decker series of hikes that we did it again. this was hike #1 and it was lovely. We had the woods all to our selves and the views while a little clouded over were fantastic. This would be a great hike for kids and a good starter hike for folks looking to get into winter hiking. We had snowshoes and spikes but used neither. snow depth varied in places from none to about 4 inches and it was very sticky.
