Comments
Comments: The trail was mostly covered with snow. The ice on the open ledges was softening in the sunshine today making it easier to get traction there were small areas of bare rock. There was some areas of mud but most of the trail was a hard packed snow which covered many of the rocks. Wore spikes most of the time and was glad I did especially nearer to the top. We did see some ascending in sneakers which did not seem safe and must have been very cold.
