Well this was a great day out! the snow melted and we were the only ones on this peak! The water made new routes through the forest and we saw some lion's maine (bears head tooth) on brook trail. There were only 2 patches of snow and everything else was clear. I went down the spring for Jim Liberty cabin and someone ax blazed it on the way up and there is a very nice view at the water spot too. We tried to clean out as many water bars as we could down liberty trail but the water was just coming from everywhere. Great day out redlining, we only saw 2 ladies on their way up and our way down. |
