Comments
Comments: Lots of people getting by with bare boots to Osceola, but I was glad to have microspikes on for ease and security. Crusy ice was plenty grippy, but a few spots had slippery ice on rocks. Once past Osceola and on the way to East snow was 6", unpacked; although on my return I saw quite a few more people and a path was forming. A little more water and mud back towards the bottom as the day warmed.
