Water Crossing Notes: No major crossings.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: There were two blowdowns along the first half of the trail, as well as a slew of storm debris/damage (most of which was shoved off to the sides) that was not there when I hiked Kearsarge a couple weeks ago. The recent nor'easter looks to be the culprit. Looks like the footbed was eroded away in many spots by the merciless dumping of rain.

Comments
Comments: Both the Winslow and Barlow Trails took a beating from the nor'easter a couple weekends ago. Lots of debris scattered about, particularly along and beside the Winslow Trail. The footbed itself also looked different on both trails- felt like both trails were stripped of the entire top layer of dirt/soil etc. Saw some scattered patches of standing water as well. Thankfully it won't be long until the first snows of the season will hide that mess.
