Comments
Comments: No snow or ice until just before the scrambles going up Whiteface. Thin layer of ice on all scrambles, which made our ascent quite “interesting.” Ice from after the scrambles to the lookout (that some people mistake for the summit). From there, we put on microspikes which stayed on until 1/3 the way down Passaconaway. There’s a bit of snow on Rollins and heading up the summit cone of Passaconaway, but there isn’t enough coverage right now for snowshoes. Light traction is a must, though. Alex will have a trip report on her blog at some point this week.

Good times with Samantha and Ricky Bobby today.
