Surface Conditions: Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth, Wet Trail, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Snow/Ice - Frozen Granular, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Leaves - Significant/Slippery, Snow/Ice - Postholes

Recommended Equipment: Snowshoes, Light Traction 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Are crossable today but some were challenging with high water of yesterdays rain. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail is in good shape and blazed down low but blazes seem to stop once you cross the line into the Pemi Wilderness. There were a few step overs and one good size duck under higher up

Dog-Related Notes: Saw one dog today have fun in the snow

Lost and Found: Found someones make up something. Maybe lip gloss 
 
Comments
Comments: No snow down low but starts to increase when you start to climb. About a foot of snow between the two peaks. There were quite a few people out today which was good to see. We didn't use spikes. There wasn't that much ice. And the snow was pretty frozen today due to the rain.
