Beginnings of ice about 500 feet down from the second little water crossing put on spikes there and wore hillsounds going up and back. There is a beaten ice and snow path from that crossing to the top. Not a whole lot of snow but packed in pretty good and started to even things out a bit. No views on top but a few fleeting glimpses of George coming down and got off before the rain kicked in. Not much else to see except a bear's track and the bear likes to cut straight down the s curves. |
