York Pond Road plowed to trailhead -- some snow, but in good shape. York Pond and Unknown Pond Trailheads plowed out. |

No real issues. One of the streamlet crossings low down was a little awkward. |

One blowdown about 1.2 miles in, but easily bypassed. |

| Comments: |
Good snowshoeing from trailhead to summmit. It looked like some creative routefinding had been done from the cabin to the summit -- my thanks to the route-finders and -breakers. This section will be challenging after the next storm, as most blazes are faint and/or obscured by windblown snow. |
