Comments
Comments: A great day to experience two seasons on Carrigain. A gorgeous "winter" hike! We started with crunchy leaves and trace amounts of snow and after the split between Signal Ridge and Carrigain Notch, as elevation increases, snow amount increased. Recommend gaiters for sure. Didn't use spikes but they came for a ride. Snowshoes could be used for last 2 ish miles. Manageable drifts on open area of Signal Ridge. This will be mostly irrelevant after the weekend weather!
