 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
A couple hikers who passed us said they'd seen a sign that the gate to the fish hatchery would close at 4:30—we drove out at around 6:30 and it was still open. In theory if it does close, there should be someone in the house with a key. |

 | Comments: |
The way up was no problem. On the way down, the combination of leaves covering everything, loose rocks, and wetness was a little frustrating. My husband and I both slipped a lot. Wish I'd brought my hiking poles. |
