Parking at Highland center was full almost full all day, but lost of space parking on the side of 302. |

First crossing on Avalon is bridged, the second is still showing some rocks and water holes. Easly to step over and around. |

| Comments: |
Snowshoes should be the only thing you need on your feet. Mostly all the hikers that went up in the early morning all had on snowshoes. But on the way down at noon all the barebooters where headed up. It was a nice white softly packed trail.
There is a fork on the trail between Field and Willey. Take the trail to the right. |
