Three blowdowns within a half mile before the summit of Starr King. |

Lower portion of the trail was generally dry with a light layer of leaves covering it. Wet rock in the softwoods thereafter. Quite a few mudbogs between the peaks on the ridge, as fog was still intermittently covering the summits this afternoon/evening.
Foliage generally green down low with some red hobblebush, but then some yellow/browns in the canopy thereafter. Some decent displays visible from the summits. |
