 | Water Crossing Notes: |
On North Twin Trail, I stayed in the east side (the side you start out on). The "bushwhack" is very worn and easy to follow. At 1.3 mi. it re-joins the main trail (which crosses back over to east side), then at 1.9 the main trail crosses for the last time. |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trail in good condition. No blazes on N. Twin Trail but you don't need them, there are no side trails until the spur at summit |

 | Comments: |
N Twin Trail is a great way to approach S Twin, nice and gentle from North to South Twin. The alternative is Twinway from Galehead 1100 elev. in .8 miles. The views from S. Twin were spectacular. You can then drop down to Galehead Hut (the .8 mi) and have a quick easy hike up to Galehead no views. |
