Parking/Access Road Notes: Room for a couple of cars at the lot on Dorchester Rd when I arrived, ditto when I left.

Water Crossing Notes: One rock hop. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: All the recent rain has made for some pretty good mud. Plan on getting your feet dirty. Plenty of water on the trail too. The trail is in generally good shape. There are a few places where it could be brushed out a bit.

Dog-Related Notes: Several dogs. All well-behaved and happy.

Bugs: Just a few, not an issue today.

Comments: Great views from the tower; the actual summit, maybe 0.25 mile beyond is wooded. Fun walking along Lambert ridge and avoiding the crowds.
