| Comments: |
Teacher from local area broke the trail up to Mt Tremont. I tried to alternate steps to pack down the snow between the tracks she had made. Rocks and roots could be felt beneath the powdery snow. One root snagged my snowshoe resulting in a shin bruise. The snowshoe track unerringly leads to the summit. Good views to Sawyer Pond, Mt Carrigain, and Carrigain Notch. No tracks heading south off the summit. |
