Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Water levels slightly high but crossings in Zealand Hut area and going down Bondcliff were all fairly easy rock hops.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: All the blowdowns in the West Bond/Guyot area cleared; huge thanks. A few blowdowns on the railroad grade (lower) section of Bondcliff Tr. causing short reroutes around but not much more than reroutes around railroad ties.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Met one of the smallest dogs we've seen in the mountains doing Bonds out and back from Zealand. Cute pup was closing in on the 48.
Bugs
Bugs: Occasionally present but not much of an issue when moving.

Comments
Comments: Much nicer day than anticipated. Some cloud cover kept it cooler but no rain. Breezes helped with heat as well. Views were awesome. Lots of hikers, pemi runners, thruhikers out; all agreeing on conditions. Guyot must have been busy Sat. night. Long day doing the Bonds but able to traverse with car spot with Emerel. We both agreed that Zealand to LW traverse is easiest way of day hiking the Bonds.
