Awesome hike! Loved having access to the river on the hike in for the dogs. Trail was in awesome condition- very clean, a few blown down trees, but they are low to the ground and easy to step over. We backpacked and did 1 overnight, summitting Galehead first, and then heading over to South Twin.
Really convenient to be able to refill water at the hut and use facilities. Another great weekend in the whites. |
