Comments
Comments: Started at 4am with Headlamps.... Then rather immediately had a encounter with a Moose on the very first clearing where you can go left to Deep Woods or Right to Greely Path. The moose had no intent on letting us pass so we did back peddle back to the car briefly. Restarted at 4:36am and had no issues. Most of the North Slide was dry there were a few spots that were wet but no major issues. Between Middle and South Peak there were an over abundance of Moose Signs but no sightings. South Slide was tricky but we made with only a few minor slips. We saw no one til about a quarter way down the south Slide, two older gentleman very nice not sure what trail them came from but they mentioned running into a bear. Then right towards the end near the parking lot we saw a group of three seniors on Livermore Road. It was a nice day, slightly overcast but still got to see some great views on both slides. There is also little views on North and Middle peak. Not a terrible day even with the mini set back in the am.
