 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
We got there at 8:30am and there was plenty of parking. When we left there were cars parked outside of the parking lot and alongside the road. |

 | Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Mud - Significant |
|
 | Recommended Equipment: |

|
 | Water Crossing Notes: |
You can definitely rock hop. The crossings were easier than I expected and were not difficult. Boots barely got wet. |
|
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
On the hancock loop trail there are quite a few blow downs and erosion. I was surprised at how much loose gravel there was coming down from South Hancock. |
|
 | Dog-Related Notes: |
Saw a few dogs. Once was misbehaved and jump up on us (it was off leash) |
|
 | Bugs: |
There were no bugs out. It was a very cool day. |
|
 | Lost and Found: |
We found a black merrel liner glove (right hand I believe) that we left at the trailhead map. |

 | Comments: |
You do not need to bring microspikes. There are definitely some muddy spots but I was surprised at how much dry trail there was. |
