LOTS of blow downs, but nothing of significance. Probably 25-30 step overs and duck unders on the whole trip. |

| Comments: |
Zero views from anyway, but the rain/dampness/clouds made for some interesting scrambling going up to Whiteface on Blueberry Ledge. With so many leaves down and still undisturbed(at lower elevations) the trail is a bit tricky; while looking for a line and making sure you're on solid footing. Some snow fields higher up, maybe 200-300 yards long. Also some icy sections of a quickly fading monorail. Not enough to justify traction, but led to some post-holing as well as some slippery footing. Quintessential mud season hike, minus the bugs. Wish the rain had held out longer but oh well. |
