| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Carter Notch Rd is good. FR 233 is a little rutted but not bad at all. Parking for 5-6 cars at the Bog Brook TH. |

| Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Snow/Ice - Frozen Granular, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Snow/Ice - Small Patches |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
Wildcat Brook (1st crossing on Bog Brook Trail) was rock hoppable with strategy. Both crossings of Wildcat River (one on Bog Brook Trail and one Wildcat River Trail) I had to ford as all rocks within my leaping distance were submerged. Also had to ford one other crossing on Wildcat River Trail (I think maybe it was Bog Brook??). All fords were easy. I took FR 233 on the way back to my car from where the trail crosses over it, which avoids the fist 3 crossings on Bog Brook Trail. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
The sign for Wildcat River Trail is missing at the junction with Bog Brook. Wildcat River Trail heads straight where Bog Brook turns right. It is easy to discern that Wildcat River Trail heads straight and there is a bright yellow blaze to show you the way! Wildcat River Trail is very easy follow as it is well blazed. There are numerous blowdowns spread along WCRT, nothing crazy, some are awkward to crawl over/around. |
