 | Comments: |
Once we were in the trees, the snow was so high that we were constantly getting scraped / poked by tree branches and often had to duck down to get through them. The snow was soft and deep, snowshoes were a must and even then was slow-going due to the thick branches. We were making such slow time that we finally turned back without summiting. |
