Water Crossing Notes: The first water crossing from the Visitors Center required a 15 minute Bushwack.

Trail Maintenance Notes: At times the A-Z trail was difficult to follow especially near the upper stream crossing

Comments
Comments: The deep mushy snow made the going slow up A-Z and challenging coming down Avalon. Tough decision on whether to use snowshoes or not. we chose not to and think this was the better decision despite the many post holes. The Gray Jays were out and hungry on MT Field summit.
