we avoided the river crossings by going up the ski trails to the outlook and joining the Mt Tecumseh Trail there |

Carried the snowboard up to summit and chilled there a while, then barebooted over to Sosman (postholes a few times where the trail was in the sun) and snowboarded down the ski trails. Good to hike with Georg for the ascent! Fun to run into some folks!!!! The riding was excellent. Almost top-to-bottom. A few carries on the way down but far better than expected. Terrific views, as usual. Just saw a couple other people enjoying the last of the snow - they were a couple sledders. |
