Surface Conditions
Surface Conditions: Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Stable)
Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment: Snowshoes, Light Traction
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Trails in fine condition, hard pack but slipperly in many places, especially on the steeps up to East Peak and between the peaks. Very light traffic this Sat, only saw 5 other people. As other recent reviewers have said, some light postholing on parts of the trails but not bad. Snow is definitely softening, I wore snowshoes from the Greely Pond junction and was very glad I did both for traction over steep/icier sections, plus televation. :) Chimney not passible, and bushwack was no picnic either. On Greely Pond Tr, snow bridges intact over the larger crossings, smaller ones not much flow so no problem.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A few blowdowns between main Osceola and East Peak, not too hard to scramble through.

Bugs

Lost and Found
