Park on the wide shoulder of 302 opposite the trailhead. |

Wet Trail, Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Stable) |

Major crossings are fine for the moment. Minor crossings are bare rock and mud. |

The trail could use pruning in the steep part - lots of ducking and dodging. |

| Comments: |
Two of us broke the last half of the trail out all the way to the summit. As long as there's not substantial snowfall, this should be sufficient for people going solo. We didn't see anyone all day. Great and unusual views from the top. |
