Comments
Comments: Very warm hiking today. Teeshirt weather. I parked at the Basin and walked the bike trail (watch for the snowmobiles) to the bushwack to the Liberty Springs Trail. Liberty Springs Trail very soft and slushy in spots. Lots of exposed rocks. There were tracks heading to the Flume Slide trail. I used microspikes to Mt Liberty and then switched to snowshoes for Liberty to Flume. Nice to run into Jeremy, Eric, and Mark on my way down off Liberty. They were doing a ridge traverse. Mark joined me for the return trip down Liberty Springs. Thanks for the company Mark!
