Comments
Comments: Very windy on Glen Boulder trail. Almost turned back but the beautiful day kept us going. The ridge once below treeline was very difficult to follow as it was untracked/unmarked and the trail is underneath two meters of snow. Lots of bushwhacking and navigating by map/compass. Rocky Branch is well broken out via a bushwhack path. Because we are massocistic, we decided to break out the actual trail. Again spent a lot of time losing the trail and navigating by compass. After the stream crossing near the shelter we could not find the trail at all. Bushwhacked here to regain trail later near where the main bushwhack route joins the Rocky Branch Trail.

Snowshoes everywhere in the trees. Bareboots or microspikes in the alpine.
