Comments
Comments: Used snowshoes right from the beginning even though snow is thin to non-existent down low as it was easier to walk in the soft melting snow. Once on the Gale River trail snowshoes were very useful. On the return barebooted the ski trail and road as there was significant stretches of bare ground. No ice anywhere, just soft melting snow.
