Comments
Comments: Ammon Ravine required something spikier than MicroSpikes. We used full crampons for that stretch, but Hillsounds would have done as well. Well-packed to summit and along the Cog. Parts of Gulfside and Jefferson Loop were a bit soft, but we didn't really need the snowshoes we'd brought. The lower part of Jewell had softened by the time we came out just before sunset.
