Hancock Notch: a highway-hard packed: I used light traction
Cedar Brook: Hard packed: same
Hancock Loop to South Peak: Loop trail to steeps was hard packed. The slide had seen a lot of butt sliding: I used light traction.
Col between peaks: A little bit more unstable: I used snowshoes.
North Slide: no butt sliding here, so more of a soft snow cover: I used snowshoes. |
