Parking/Access Road Notes: Parked at the trailhead parking lot about 1/4 mike from the Highland Center.

Surface Conditions: Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Snow - Unpacked Powder, Snow - Drifts

Recommended Equipment: Snowshoes 
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: No problems. Very little visible water. All stepovers. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail is in amazing shape given the recent weather. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw 2 pups. Spooked 1 and he lit off down the trail. His partner coaxed him back. Good boy Sully!

Bugs: Nope 
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Not that I know of, haven’t unpacked yet. 
 
Comments
Comments: About 6” of fresh snow overnight. Drifts as deep as 18”. Beine trail to the top. Snowshoes all day. By the end of the day spikes would suffice. All for naught as more weather moves in tomorrow!
