Gale Meadows Rd CLOSED. Haystack RD CLOSED. Little River Rd OPEN, park respectfully, removed crampons and spike on private bridge, then follow green square for trail to Haystack Rd Trailhead. |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
Avoid two crossings by bushwhacking to east of stream for .5 mile. Two sticks helps the final crossing, unless you're carrying a 75# dog. |

Clear enough on drive in that we thought Lafayette looked like Mt Washington.
Firm smow, older, fresh-sharpened MicroSpikes were great. Snow mostly firm along the monorail, windless at the sunny summit. |
