Comments
Comments: Lonesome Lake Trail was rock solid on the way up. A few folks in front of us walked across the lake so we followed suit. BAD IDEA. We started hearing cracks about 100 feet from where the dock would be. We took the trail on the way back down :P Fishin' Jimmy had some real icy sections on the early ups and downs and then again near the steep sections. I used crampons but another guy in my group used hillsounds. KRT was well packed with only light traction needed. No ice. The plan was to hit S Kinsman as well but we ran out of time. On the way back down, the Lonesome Lake Trail started getting a little loose due to warming temps.
