Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Great hike for dogs, I brought my 2. They had a blast. There was TONS of dog poop in the middle of the trail as well as along the sides. Be careful of the landmines (Not from my dogs, they follow trail etiquette and go off trail)

Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Glove at trailsign start, and musher's secret. Also saw a lone microspike at start of the trail 
 
Comments
Comments: Seriously felt like spring today! Lots of melting made for slushy snow. I kept my microspikes on all day and was happy to leave my snow shoes in the car for this one. A couple sections were muddy.

Micospikes were especially helpful for the last section of the trail to summit, as there was exposed ice (I stayed to the right on Mt. Tecumseh Trail). We got lucky and had some views just below the clouds. Trail pics in blog link below
