Comments
Comments: Wow, it felt more like late April than late February out there! Accordingly, conditions were wildly mixed. I wore snowshoes the entire time, though they were overkill for Tecumseh today. That's likely to change of course, depending on how much snow we get tomorrow.

Livermore Road: smooth, groomed, and fast. Lots of friendly skiers out
Livermore and Scaur Ridge Trails: softer, slushy towards the end of the day, and occasionally postholed
Pine Bend Brook Trail: occasionally postholed with some ice on the steeper sections (all easily negotiated with Tubbs Flex Alp snowshoes or bypassed)
Mt. Tripyramid Trail: posthole minefield. To each their own, but I can't imagine how postholing that deep can be fun. Thankfully there was a large group with snowshoes behind me, so hopefully between us we were able to smooth things out a bit!
Pipeline: groomed
Mt. Tecumseh Trail: slushy and melting out down low (some rocks poking out). Hard-packed and smooth on the climb. Skinny-ish monorail with the occasional rock on the summit loop
