Plenty of parking at 19 Mile Brook. Camp Dodge entrance is gated, but there is room for one or two cars to park. |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
Several water crossings require care due to melting ice bridges, but all are doable. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
The remaining blowdowns, especially on C-M, are well documented in previous posts. Much thanks to those who have cleared the trails enough to make them now reasonably passable. |

Arlo romped, but also took a few slips on the ice. |

Here I want primarily to report the ice flows and bulges that now occur frequently on this route since the thaw and refreeze earlier this week. Anne L. and I wore spikes the entire hike, which covered packed snow, rock and bare ground, and serious ice flows. If you have a beater pair of crampons, they would be useful. |
