Comments
Comments: Road walk a sheet of ice. Lower part of Blueberry monorail firm easy hike. Once past were the Blueberry cut off rejoins the fun begins. 1st ice needed spikes the higher you go the monorail is pencil thin. Then post holing begins. Tried shoes but still sinking & now falling down. Spikes the rest of the way. Even the dog I saw was post holing. Ledges very icy. Originally heading to the Sleepers but I was spent after hiking thru mashed potatoes so enjoyed the views & the temps & headed back down. Lots of moose droppings & tree rubs 3/4- 1-1/2 mile above Cut Off.
