 | Comments: |
Spikes were used for 90% of the hike with no issue. Trails were packed down nicely and was a busy Saturday so should be good until the next big snowfall. I used snowshoes after Middle Carter on my way down North Carter trail as this side of the loop seems less traveled. I switched back to spikes by the time I hit Imp trail and was grateful for footprints showing me where the Camp Dodge shortcut started. A great day in the whites! |
